Service of a corporate legal counsel

* Rendering legal advice to client regarding its business operation in China;
* Upon client’s request, drafting and review contract, agreement and other legal documents;
* Participating in negotiations on behalf of client in its business operation;
* Issuing lawyer’s letter or legal opinion upon request from client
* Assisting client to establish by-laws and internal rules for its subsidiary company in China;   
* Other legal service requested by client.

Fee schedules

We offer two kinds of fee schedule to meet the client’s requirement
A.On a lump sum basis
The fee is charged on the workload of the legal counsel usually taking into consideration of the size of the client’s company, complexity of legal affairs, location of the company and the professional qualifications of the lawyer who renders the service. The following fee schedule is only for reference.
a.Micro-sized company: USD 8,000-10,000 per year;
b.Small company: USD 10,000-15,000 per year;
c.Iintermediate sized company:  15,000-30,000 per year
d.Large company: above USD 30,000 per year
    Note: Fees for special project should be determined on a case-by-case basis.

B.On a  hourly rate

Partner: USD 500 per hour.   Associate: USD 350 per hour
